- Inese Abols, M.A., CCC-A Certified Audiologist
Hearing specialist Inese Abols, Audiologist, has a Master’s Degree in Audiology and is
certified by the American Speech, Hearing, and Language Association. She is licensed
by the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology. Inese has 27 years experience in
the field of diagnostics and rehabilitation for those affected by hearing loss.

Hearing Instrument Specialist:
John is certified by The National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument
Sciences and is Licensed by The Ohio Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Licensing
Board. He has 42 years of experience in the field of hearing aid dispensing and
repair. John is himself severely hearing impaired and understands the unique
needs of the hearing impaired indiviudual.

Secretary:
Pam has been with Audiphone Company of Akron for 18 years. She works on Mondays,
Thursdays and every other Wednesday. Pam can assist you with questions regarding
billing and insurances. When Pam is not at work, she and her husband Les do volunteer
work at Stan Hywet Hall. This past Christmas their home was featured on The Stan Hywet
Home Tour.

Janet has been with Audiphone Company of Akron for 18 years. She can answer your
questions regarding billing and insurances. Janet works on Tuesdays and Fridays and
every other Wednesday. Janet's husband Dick and mother-in-law Kathryn wear hearing
aids from Audiphone. When she is not at work, Janet is involved with her grandchildren
and St. Vincent-St. Mary football.
